FULLLY AUTOMATIC JOINING MACHINE FOR METAL ZIPPERS

Features:

1. This machine automatically joins two single strands of gapped or continuous chain to form a complete chain unit.
2. Specifically designed to join and polarize spaced zipper chain so that the first (leading) element (tooth) of the zipper is always on same side of fastener, and there will be only one leading element on the fasterer. It will also join continuous chain.
3. If a zipper with extra or missing teeth passes, a polarization device insures that within two zipper lengths after this defective zipper passes, the machine will automatically correctly polarize the advancing chain.
4. Designed with simplicity to facilitate ease of operation and minimum of maintenance.
5. The machine is powered electrically. Polarization device is air operated.
6. One operator can oversee several machines.
7. Automatic Controls produce a more uniformly reliable product.
