FULLY AUTOMATIC GAPPER-BOTTOM STOP MACHINE FOR METAL ZIPPERS

Application:

This heavy duty, fully automatic, precision machine, in one operation, spaces zipper chain by removing metal zipper teeth, and manufactures & attaches the bottom stop to the chain from a spool of flat wire.

FEATURES:

1. Built-in Polarizer for proper indexing of the last zipper element.
2. Equipped with variable speed-drive for increased production on long length zippers.
3. Accommodates zipper lengths from 3" (7.6 cm) to infinity, and will gap spaces of 3/4" to 4" (1.9 cm to 10 cm).
4. The machine is designed to Gap and Bottom Stop in one operation. However, if required, the machine will perform only one function, to Gap only, or to Bottom Stop only, as selected.
5. All machine functions are operated with front panel mounted controls.
6. The gapping unit is constructed of a heavy duty casting.
7. One operator can oversee 2 machines.

CAPACITY PER 8 HOURS:

Approximately 42,000 gaps on 8" (20 cm) zipper lengths. (Proportionate production for various zipper lengths)
