FULLY AUTOMATIC DOUBLE TOP STOP MACHINE FOR METAL ZIPPERS
(Similar Machine Available for Synthetic Coil & Injected Zippers)
Features:
- Heavy duty, precision high speed fully automatic double top stop machine, which simultaneously produces two (2) top stops from a coil of half-round brass or aluminum or enameled wire, with no waste, and attaches stops to the tape: one left and one right.
- Machine is equipped with a variable speed drive for faster, more efficient production of long-length zippers.
- Upon customer's specification, top stops can be attached after the slider is mounted on the zipper, or before slider is mounted.
- Adaptable for applying top stops on separable zippers.
- Machine can be adapted to attach fold-over double top stops on synthetic zippers.
- Machine is designed with simplicity to facilitate ease of operation and minimum of maintenance.
- One operator can oversee 3-4 machines: one automatic machine eliminates 3-4 operators of semi-automatic machines.
Technical Advantages:
